(4.0 Beta) Revert Replay Skip

Previously, the custom match feature to skip replays automatically was used to reset the ball and have very little downtime between plays in custom matches. In the 4.0 beta, the replay skip feature has been changed entirely, and it creates downtime between a goal and setting up the next play. This isn't much on its own, but in custom games used for practicing that end with 20-30 goals, it adds up very quickly. Please, revert this before the release of the new patch.
