Nerf volleys

I am tired of seeing the same ping-pong play being executed every other possession, especially vs 5 stacks. They're just too easy to do and too effective. A volley goal happens once in a blue moon meaning irl, but in this game it happens every other goal ffs.
Headers should have way more prio over volleys. I would even argue you should be able to bulldoze someone going for a volley and completely interrupt them. Maybe make it so that max power shots cannot be volleyd accurately? Anything please
