No RP loss when teammates disconnect

If my teammates disconnect or rage quit or get successfully reported, I shouldn't lose any RP, or it ought to be refunded. Some people leave after getting scored on once or twice. My rank shouldn't reflect how well I keep a sore loser's mood up.
